That my partner's house had found a tenant.
My partner and I have been struggling financially for the past three years. We haven't had proper a holiday for six years. In his case, it's been going on for a lot longer and it just drains you to always worry about money. And to witness someone you love and who is proud who struggles day after day and all the stress and angst... it's very hard.
To live in the fear that your house might be repossessed...
Despite all that, I feel abundant to have so much in my life, so much love, so much beauty and now a little money trickling in but this meant that he would finally have an income to cover his outgoings so I wouldn't have to dig into my savings for me and for him. I feel abundant for having three incredible spiritual children who are natural healers.
This year I am going to buy real small presents for my children... but funnily enough, I'm still going to spend more money on them than their father who earns ten times more money than I do, if not more!!!
Abundance is not where you think.

Thank you for stopping by. Yes I agree with you totally Di: it's what you think. I have felt abundant for a long time. I guess it's just that my partner is only just starting to shift the energy of poverty around him and it's great to see. Funnily as well this happened literally days after I did a major reiki cleanse on his aura…. and cleansed energetically his housen (the one that had been to let for over three months).
Abundance is rooted in gratitude. I am grateful for every little thing that comes my way. And it includes both of your beautiful words.
I guess i have not shared with many people the struggle we have been going through in the past years precisely because I didn't want to undermine the abundance I felt… and as I often say “I don't want to give in to a poverty mentality” so I help others financially and continue to buy gifts and make presents…
I was in two minds about sharing this news… but it part of my reality. I rejoice in the shift that has just happened.

Bobbi: I am humbled by your entry. I never think much of what I write. It's just “little me”. But I recently read again Sark's beautiful book “Succulent Wild Woman” and in it she says: “Tell your story, you never know who it will touch and who will be inspired by it”. I guess she was right to encourage me to share my little events and happenings.
